We would like to encourage you with the video from our sisters in This monologue was written by Ellen Soter. Ellen became a Christian while a in college in 1979 in DeKalb, Illinois. She's been married almost 25 years to Rick Soter - both Rick and Ellen were part of the original Seattle mission team in 1989. 
They have two children, a girl named Ali who is 20 and a son, John, who is 17. Ellen studied English in college and have been involved with writing in some form or another for work and pleasure for many years. Right now she is in the process of writing a children's book. She and her husband are bible talk leaders and have served as deacons.
The actress playing the woman from John 8 is Lisa Brumley. Lisa is married to Greg Brumley and they also have two children (19 and 17). Lisa is an incredible, faithful woman. She has been a Christian for more than 20 years and leads a Bible talk with her husband as well. She is very wise and is known to the sisters here in Seattle to have kindness and grace!
