Bountiful Beauty in Burundi: Bujumbura Women’s Day

The sisters of the Bujumbura church in the capital of Burundi had an amazing Women’s Day under the banner of “Spiritual Beauty”. Surrendered and faithful were suitable words to use when looking at their faces leading up to the big event. And God came through as the 17 sisters had an attendance of 159 women, by far the largest Women’s Day attendance for the Bujumbura church.

ICOC Nairobi Sanctuary Inauguration Celebration

It was an auspicious occasion. No, it was neither the pomp of a long-awaited wedding day nor the fine spectacle of a silver church celebration. It was the ICOC Nairobi building inauguration, which marks a milestone in the congregation’s history. Since the church's founding in 1989, members had constantly prayed for ICOC Nairobi’s own church lot and building. Indeed it is just the beginning of greater things for the kingdom.

ICOC Koforidua Inaugurated in Ghana

History was once again made on Sunday August 15th as the International Church of Christ, Koforidua, Ghana was inaugurated.

In the peaceful city of the Eastern regional capital, people from all walks of life thronged the Teachers hall on Sunday morning to honor invitations from disciples from Koforidua, Accra, Kumasi and Lagos earlier in the weeks and months gone by. We are especially grateful for the hearts of these men and women, who moved to Koforidua before the service to reach out to people in preparation for the inaugural service.

ABIDJAN: Women's Campaign Week Yields 1400 Studies and Contacts

The 760 women in the Abidjan Church of Christ in the Ivory Coast made the decision to reach out in a powerful way in May to the lost of their community. They organized a big campaign for the week of May 24-29. All 14 sectors of the church joined in. Every day the sisters assembled in open places on the street across Abidjan.

ICOC Nigeria Plants Jos Mission – Fourth Planting in 2010
