Upon graduating from Eastern Illinois University, where they were both led to Christ in 1977, Mark and Connie entered the full time ministry, serving campuses at the University of Missouri and the University of Florida. They were then sent by the Boston Church to lead the church planting to Toronto and the nation of Canada. From Toronto the Mancini’s moved to Los Angeles where they ministered for the next 13 years. In 2003, after some 24 years of service, they took a leave from the ministry and spent the next 7 years building a successful real estate business in Los Angeles. During those years they continued to serve the North Region of LA in a secular leadership role. In 2010 they were inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. That same year God called them back into the full time ministry leading them to Texas to become a part of the DFW Church staff. The Mancini’s bring a wealth of both full time ministry and valuable secular experience. They have a reputation for being expert builders who excel at building family and raising up leadership. They have also spent considerable time on the mission field having spoken to churches in some 12 countries around the world. Mark and Connie have been married for over 31 wonderful years. They have three adult children that they are very close to and proud of – Brian and David, who both attend the Los Angeles Church, and Brittany who is a member of the DFW Church.
