Virginia's husband Jim Lefler was appointed to the eldership in 1996. They now live in Downers Grove, IL and serve the Central Ministry Center (part of Chicago Church). Married in 1972, they have been in the Chicago Church since 1986. They have two married sons. Jeremy and his wife Mwende are in the Chicago Ministry Center in Chicago Church and have two daughters. Nick and his wife Christine are disciples in the West Suburban Ministry Center of Chicago Church. Jim recently published his first book, “The Complete Guide To Grace.”
