2008 - What a Year for HOPE worldwide Afghanistan!
2008 has been a year of completions and new beginnings. In Afghanistan, any project you start has been a major victory. But completing that project is an even bigger victory. Simply due to the natural course of events in this fluid environment, many unplanned obstacles can come in your path. Though everyone wants to do good, sometimes it just takes longer than you ever could have imagined.
This year we have been able to bring to completion several projects that have faced innumerable delays.
Tonight 800 Million Will Go to Bed Hungry...
Of those 800 million people, 6 million are chidren who will die from malnutrition and related diseases. In today's world, no one should go hungry.
All over the world, HOPE worldwide is working to change the lives of those 800 million people. We have programs across the world providing aid, support, and love.
