Register now!

The last three spaces are open for our first ever Hawaii Fellowship Tour for Singles and Marrieds. Disciples from around the world will come together as we embark on this amazing journey for 12 nights from April 27 - May 9, 2014 aboard the beautiful Radiance of the Seas by Royal Caribbean.

Feel the gentle trade winds and experience the warm fellowship as we travel the Hawaiian Islands together from Honolulu to Nawiliwili, Kauai; Kona and Hilo (Big Island), and Lahaina, Maui. As an additional feature of our journey, we will experience 5 relaxing “sea days” before we port in beautiful Victoria and finally in Vancouver, British Columbia.

We will worship with the churches in Hilo, Maui and Oahu as they show us God’s magnificent creation in our ports of call. Devotionals and Bible study will also be a part of our journey on days that we are on board the ship at sea. The Hawaii churches are planning a singles event on Saturday before our cruise! The Vancouver Church has invited all who can to stay for the weekend and church on Sunday after the cruise.

ONLY THREE SPACES ARE AVAILABLE: one spot for a woman sharing an interior cabin and one cabin for two singles or a married couple. We look forward to taking this adventure together! CRUISE FAQ INFORMATION

Who will be on this cruise? Our experience is that single and married disciples from numerous countries love taking their vacations with other disciples. Some bring family members and or friends. We see people of all ages and will have activities for singles and marrieds while sharing in some devotionals for everyone. Everyone has a lot of free time. Your excursions off the ship are up to you.

Will we be able to meet with disciples in the ports where the ship docks? When we can we will arrange excursions that include fellowship with our church in that location.

Can I register for this group directly through the cruiseline?

No. The only way to register for this group on the ship is to register through our DT Travel Coordinator, Sally Hooper.
Sally will work with you personally to send you a registration form and to finalize your reservation. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.">This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

What is the purpose of the Disciples Today Organizational Fee? The DToday organizational fee covers the costs to plan, organize, publicize, teach and direct this group event just as in other seminars, conferences, etc. that involve organizing groups of people for a major event.

How much should I plan for the entire cost?

Your Cruise registration covers your stateroom including:
                     Housing for 12 nights
All meals onboard except for specialty restaurants and drinks.
Regular coffee, juices included. See prices for staterooms above.
    Other personal costs:
Taxes: due with final payment of cruise.
Gratuities: will be paid onboard ship as with any other cruise
Onshore excursions: select and pay at your discretion
Airfare to Honolulu and returning from Vancouver, British Columbia
Transportation to and from the port
                     Pre-cruise hotel, food, etc.
                     Personal expenses, shopping, etc.
Cruise insurance will be required for all singles.

Passports/Visas - Make sure your passport is current and does not expire until 6 months after the date of return. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you may need visas to visit the ports of call. Please check with your embassy for the proper process to obtain these documents.

Flights -

You will make your own flight arrangements from your home city to Honolulu and from Vancouver, British Columbia to your home.
The cruise line will offer flights for a reasonable cost under "choice air" on their website after you have booked your cruise though Sally. Also, if you are booking your own air through your selected airline, you will need to book "multi-city" and not "one way" flights.

Arriving at Departure City -
It is recommended that you arrive at least a day early to avoid flight delays. You will be able to board the ship the afternoon of the day of sailing and take your luggage to your room. You can leave the ship for sight-seeing, however you must be onboard at least 90 minutes prior to sailing or your stateroom will be canceled. Allow at least 5 hours after the ship docks for return flights.
We will worship with the Honolulu Church of Christ on Sunday morning, April 27!

Travel Folder - Start a travel folder with cruise, hotel, and flight information .

Registration: The only place you can register for our group is on DT Travel.

Once Sally reserves your stateroom with our group on Royal Caribbean, she will send you a confirmation number that you can use to log into the RCCL website in order to give them your information for security.

Correct Information: If you have found any wrong information (name, etc.) when you checked in online at RCCL, please let Sally know. It is vital that your first and last name match your passport.
Royal Caribbean Website Information: Please read all of the pertinent information on the RCCL website that pertains to your trip, what to pack, weather, money, gratuities, etc.

Immigration Registration - You will need to give immigration information to RCCL. Go to RCCL.com and click on “Before You Board” and then on “Online Check-in.”

Shore Excursions - Register for shore excursions. You can still register on the ship, but some of the more popular excursions could sell out.

Travel Insurance - Sally will help you to purchase this valuable insurance. Without this insurance, you would lose all of your money paid for the cruise if you were not able to go. Also, insurance covers medical emergencies out of the country. Both passengers in the stateroom must purchase the insurance for it to be effective.

Special Needs - Please let Sally know if you have special needs that the cruiseline would need to be aware of. Please read the cruiseline’s rules on pregnancy and infant travel.

Important Documents - Make copies of all important documents to be kept in a separate place in case your original documents are lost or stolen on the trip. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT WITH YOU!

CREDIT CARD/BANK - Notify your credit card company/bank of the dates you will be out of the country.

Size/Weight of Bags. - Check with your airline about the size and number of bags that you can take with you. Remember that it is important to keep your bags within the airline’s weight restrictions.

Money onboard ship - Onboard the ship is cashless. Your room card is your charge card as well as the card you will use as you enter and exit the ship.

Maid Service - You will have twice-a-day maid service as well as waiters, etc. who will wait on you all week. Gratuities can be paid at the end of the cruise. Please see the RCCL website for gratuity suggestions.

Meals/Drinks - All of your meals in the many main restaurants are included in the cruise price. Speciality restaurants, specialty coffees, alcohol, soft drinks, gift shop items, spa treatments, etc. are extra.

Ship Newspaper - You will have a ship “newspaper” delivered to your stateroom each evening that will inform you of the next day’s ship activities.

Singles - If for some reason you need to cancel, please find a replacement for yourself. The cruiseline sells staterooms based on two passengers per stateroom. You will be liable for your portion if you cancel.

Dinner Onboard - The whole group will be meeting for dinner together each evening .

Electronic Tickets - Your cruise documents will be sent to you electronically approximately one month before the cruise. Please make sure that Sally has your correct e-mail address.

Pregnancy : Celebrity/Royal Caribbean cannot accept guests who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning or at any time during the cruise.

Small Children: Please check with Sally if you want to bring an infant or small child on the cruise.
