On Valentine's Day, February 14, 2008, a disturbed gunman killed six stiudents in a classroom at Northern Illinois University. One of them was Gayle Dubowski, a disciple in the campus ministry of the Chicago Church of Christ whose parents have been faithful disciples since their college years.

Joe Dubowski recently published a book sharing their grief and God's help. He also has enrolled at Northern Illinois University pursuing a counseling degree to help others with their grief. The anniversary of the shooting spurred a number of media reports. Here are some of them:

While the recent ICOC International Leadership Conference (ILC) in Miami united, focused and inspired over 2,000 attendees from 60 countries, over 8,000 from 107 nations participated in the ILC through DToday.tv

The incredible story is that this year's viewers have watched twice as much as in 2009 for a total of 814,936 viewer minutes to date in 42,809 viewer sessions! Undoubtedly many of these viewers are those who might never have a chance to attend an ILC in person.
