Dear Brothers and Sisters,We pray that the Almighty God continues to sustain all of you wherever you are.
The Nairobi Christian Church has been under the leadership of George and Anne Irungu and Steve and Caroline Mukenya who have been co-leading for the last 8 years. They have done a phenomenal job in steering the churches in Eastern Africa to the point where they are today, and for that the entire church is truly grateful.

We praise God that sometime this year after much prayer, fasting, many meetings and consultations, God made clear the need for a single leadership in the Nairobi church and by extension the entire East Africa family of churches.
The Holy Spirit chose John and Jane Maleya as the new Lead Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader. John was the first Kenyan appointed Evangelist in 1995 and Jane was appointed Women’s Ministry Leader in 2001. They were married in 2003 and have served God in the ministry in various capacities within East Africa.
We are thankful to God for how far He has already brought us. Keep praying for us as the church continues to grow in love and unity under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
