The Apologetics Research Society (ARS) is excited to announce the location, theme and date for our 2015 International Christian Evidence Conference. The theme is "The Christian World View." The location is at York College in York, Nebraska. Speakers will include Dr. John Oakes, John Clayton, Dr. Robert Kurka and more.

We are excited to announce registration is open for our seventh annual International Christian Evidence Conference. The theme of the conference this year is Christianity and Culture. We want to ask and to suggest answers to the questions where Christian life and teaching interacts with the broader culture.

"God and Science:" Good Theology Makes Good Press
Dr. John Oakes, of the San Diego Church of Christ, has an uncanny ability to look at the world through the eyes of a scientist and witness the hand of God. This has been his life's work, to explain the Christian faith to a generation of Americans who require ever-more "proof" of God before they will believe.
Recently, John's lecture at the University of Connectucut was featured in the campus newspaper:
Oaks explained why he feels science shows that Christianity was true. He showed that the Old Testament of the Bible contains laws on health practices, such as the disposal of dead bodies and pregnancy rituals, that greatly reduced disease among the ancient Israelites. He also claimed that it would have been impossible for the Israelites to have developed these practices on their own or absorbed these practices from surrounding nations.

Apologetics Tour in Africa and Europe
Nairobi, Kenya June 24-27
My daughter Elizabeth and I flew on June 23rd through Amsterdam to Nairobi. The flight from Amsterdam was a great experience, as we were able to see the Alps, the spine of Italy, flying across the Mediterranean, reaching Cyrenaica in Libya, crossing the great Sahara, through Sudan, and on to Ethiopia and Kenya. We could see the Nile threading its way through the starkest desert areas below.
Christian Evidences Conference is coming!
The Apologetics Research Society is excited to announce the fourth annual Christian Evidences Conference, June 11-13, at Concordia University in Irvine, California. This event will again bring together scientists, scholars, teachers and Christians from around the world to share ideas and to hear inspiring messages. The classes and events are for anyone who is interested in using Christian evidences as a way to build up their own faith, the faith of those in their churches and to reach out to unbelievers. The conference will include classes by experts in different fields of apologetics, discussion groups, forums and an evangelistic event on Friday evening, a Public Forum and a Sunday worship service.
