On Sunday, May 31, 2015, the TED Talks are short talks used to share ideas, experiences, and lessons learned through the narrator's life experience. It was powerful! The church was inspired and our guests loved it.
DeZavier Dewberry spoke on "The Faith Factor." He shared about his journey to overcome the plaguing question of "What if?" Liana Taylor entitled her talk "You're Worth It." She shared about her journey from being deeply troubled and insecure to standing secure and confident in God's love for her and who God has made her! Andre McRae shared how he dealt with some of the unanswered questions that kept him unsettled and discontented in life and in his relationship with God. His talk was entitled "Why, God Why?"

The singing, the welcome, and the sharing before the contribution were inspiring! The communion message was especially moving! The service was followed by a luncheon for all the singles and their guests.
We are so proud of all the single brothers and sisters in NOVA who daily contend for the faith! We deeply appreciate the faith, convictions, love for God, and devotion to God's kingdom they demonstrate daily.
