The Georgia Football Classic (GFC) is an annual flag football tournament between church teams from different cities and states. We began this tournament in 2010 as a way to draw people together and build lasting relationships.
The mission of the Georgia Football Classic is to build and sustain relationships between churches throughout the southeast. As each church forms its team, players learn to work together as they prepare for the all-day tournament. The event will reunite close friends, strengthen bonds between players, and create new friendships. In a time where athleticism has become the idol and aspiration of many in our country, the Georgia Football Classic aims to be a shining example of righteous competition and sportsmanship.
