Eight months remain until we gather in St. Louis. If you have already registered, we’re excited that you’ll be joining us! If you have not, we urge you to push the orange “REGISTER NOW” button before the end of Early Bird Registration.
You need to know that the Early Bird Registration period will end on December 31, 2015, at exactly 11:59 PM CST. Please note, the end time is based on Central Time; other time zones will need to adjust accordingly. Below you can find the absolute cutoff time for Early Bird Registration in your time zone:
- EASTERN TIME: Early Bird ends on January 1, 2016, 12:59 AM EST
- CENTRAL TIME: Early Bird ends on December 31, 2015, 11:59 PM CST
- MOUNTAIN TIME: Early Bird ends on December 31, 2015, 10:59 PM MST
- PACIFIC TIME: Early Bird ends on December 31, 2015, 9:59 PM PST
- ALASKA TIME: Early Bird ends on December 31, 2015, 8:59 PM AKST
- HAWAII TIME: Early Bird ends on December 31, 2015, 7:59 PM HST
The price is going up...and not just a little bit this time.
Last time, the price increase was only $7 for most attendees. That’s not the case now. When we open regular registration, the per-person price increase will be $23 for ILC, $20 for all adults, and $14 for campus. If you are registering a family, this could mean you’ll pay an additional $50 - $100 for your registration, depending on the age of your children. We urge you to take advantage of the significant savings and register before the New Year.
Downtown hotel rooms are becoming scarce.
If you follow us on Facebook, you might have seen our recent promotion where people guessed the how many rooms current remain at the Marriott Grand and the Hilton at the Ballpark. Out of 1100 rooms at these two hotels, only 55 remain as of this week. We’re anticipating that both of these will be sold out within the next few weeks. Room reservations are also picking up at the Hyatt and the Union Station Hotel. We are working on securing contracts with additional hotels, but none will be better than the options we have now. If having a hotel close to the action is important to you, don’t wait. Register now to ensure you have the best room option possible.
Avoid the “Christmas Fog.”
We get it...there’s lots going on from Thanksgiving to New Year’s, and it’s easy to say “Oh I have plenty of time, I’ll do this later.” But December will fly by in a whirlwind of parties and outings, and before you know it, January will be here...along with higher registration fees.
