The Toledo Church of Christ in Ohio is looking to hire a campus minister for the 2012-2013 school year. We are a church of 60 disciples our vision is to build campus ministries at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University.
With a combined student enrollment of more than 40,000 students, there is plenty of opportunity to grow a thriving campus ministry with the support and encouragement of the entire church.
The church has five full-time campus students, all of whom are active on campus. All will participate in weekly Bible talks and evangelizing the campuses along with our lead couple Bob and Tricia Shanks.
We are a committed church that has a strong desire to see God glorified in our city and in Ohio. We are well connected to the ACR family of churches while building; unity with all the Ohio churches.
We are seeking to hire an individual who has a deep desire to grow in his walk with God and who has a strong desire to build God’s kingdom. This person will be working along side the ministry leaders on a daily basis with a commitment to be trained in the ministry. We need someone who is ready to get on campus with existing students and seek out those who want to have a relationship with God. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is self motivated and full of zeal.
