Joe Cepeda, Creator of the Deaf Ministry ICOC at dmicoc.org, are looking for volunteers who are willing to set-up closed-captions on all videos for Disciples Today and Disciple TV.
Without closed-captions, deaf and hard of hearing disciples are not able to understand the videos. With captions, they will feel joy and able to understand the videos well.
