The film, directed by Rocky’s longtime friend Steve Hoover, also a disciple in Pittsburgh, movingly illustrates the heart to serve these very special children and their families who face life and death situations on a daily basis. Blood Brother is not only a testament to the impact of selfless service but also an inspirational story about friendship, family and the healing power of love.

A number of churches have already scheduled screenings of the flim. Here are some commonly asked questions:
FAQ’s:
How many screenings of the film can I schedule?
- You can schedule as many showings of the film as you can get people to. There is no limit.
How is the screeing paid for?
- A ministry can pay outright for a screening and give tickets away. Cost ranges from $800 to $1200 depending on theater size, location and day of the showing.
- Churches can subsidise tickets by paying a portion of the costs and then have the option to choose what to charge for tickets.
- Churches can use the Tugg model of ‘reserving’ a theater until a threshold of tickets are sold. If the threshold of tickets are not sold the church is not liable for any costs and the reservation is simply removed.
Can I show the film in my church building?
- Yes. Tugg.com has aggreed to offer our fellowship special privileges in showing the film in ‘non-theatrical’ settings. Please e-mail Tugg.com from the registration page and a representative will work with you to set-up your event.
Can this be a fundraiser as well?
- Yes. We believe that this is an amazing evangelistic opportunity to get people involved in local service projects that a church may have through HOPE worldwide or other volunteer activites. The end of the film will feature a request from HOPE worldwide for views to text the word ‘serve’ to 80077. This will allow viewers to sign-up for more information from HOPE worldwide on volunteer opportunities and give them an option to make a donation. There will be a thirty-minute window after the movie for you to offer viewers the opportunity to make an additonal donation and participate with the church in serving.
Can this be shown internationally?
- Yes. Please contact us directly if you would like to host the film outside of the U.S.
