This military camp is 2 km from Julien Toyo's house where several families are trapped in the fighting. The explosions are deafening and it’s hard to hear. Bullets have landed on their house and they have had to cover the windows. It is now 7:30 EDT and the attack and explosions have been continuous for the past six hours. French and UN troops have begun to aid the forces under Quattara to attack the forces of Gbagbo at several military camps, the television station, and the presidential palace.
Please pray that the fighting will stop soon since disciples have run out of food and water at several sites, including the church property, where 130 disciples and family members have gathered. Julien said that he hoped the fighting would stop soon since Herve, with whom he has studied the Bible, wants to get baptized soon.
