Joe & Annie Silipo - now serving in the Milan, Italy, church - will be moving to Hartford, CT, in the summer of 2014 to serve as the senior evangelist and women's ministry leader for this New England congregation. Jimmy & Anita Allen will be departing at that time to serve as the staff couple for a new church to be planted in Providence, Rhode Island.Joe and Annie have served on staff in many different churches over the past 28 years. In 1985, they served as the Boston Church's Inner West Zone leaders. Then they were sent off as missionaries for the first time to help begin the Milan, Italy, church. From there, the Silipos returned to Boston and then headed west to serve in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Los Angeles. Four years ago, they set off for one more round to preach and teach in Milan.The Silipos have three amazing children – Lynda (23), Joseph (20) and Sammy (15). In addition to their ministry experience, Joe and Annie have also been trained and certified in the "I Choose Us" marriage program, as well as "Good Enough Parenting." Joe has served as the western European delegate at our fellowship's annual conference too.
Please be praying for the Silipos and their family in this important time. Also pray for both the churches in Milan and Hartford to glorify God during this time of transition.
