Restorations in Amsterdam!

To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life Romans 2:7

Greetings from the family in Amsterdam! So far the year 2010 has been eventful, encouraging and inspiring for our small but faithful church in the Netherlands (now 28 adults and 22 children). The Wolmarans family moved here last year and after resolving work permit issues, Stefan was employed by the church to work full-time in the ministry since February.

Baptisms in Berlin!

I want you all to be encouraged by the story of our new brother in Christ, Klaus Poppek. He is the father of 3 daughters, 2 of which became disciples in the early 90's, and both parents were quite upset at the time. They came to a few events that the church hosted, but were not interested. By the grace of God, in 2003 their mother Ingrid started coming to Bible Talk, and shortly thereafter she started studying and became a Christian.

Paris Church Grows in Faith and Fervor

From time to time amazed voices express surprise that the Paris church still exists. Mais oui! The humbling and fire of 2003 never blotted out the church entirely, and the seeking and healing since then encourages us that God works patiently and graciously to guide, protect and restore us.

Silipos Return to Lead Milan Church

Could this be the beginning of a new trend? Ministry leaders in Los Angeles, Joe and Annie Silipo are returning to lead the church they planted in Milan, Italy in 1991. Some mature couples are leaving the comfort of home to give needed leadership to smaller churches.

We are also encouraged that the Milan Church of Christ recently committed to the Cooperation Churches.
