I would really like to present to you a short video by our brother Todd Smaretsky from LA Church of Christ. This is - I hope - one of many would-be articles about our brothers and sisters who want to glorify our God with their special talants.
Here is what Todd told about his video:
"The short story I wrote in college. Since then, I turned the short story into a feature length screenplay that was optioned to a couple producers. It was never made, but, I got the rights back. I decided to turn it into a short film. I shot the entire film on my own camera, but used cal state's lighting equipment. I am planning on entering it into numerous film festivals and was told by the chairman that it has a good shot at winning the California State Media Festival - we'll see if it's God's will. I chose the Name "CITY ON A HILL ENTERTAINMENT" - I want to produce clean films along with being good films. All I ask is that people continue to pray that God will open the doors. I just want to amaze people by showing the character of God. If film is the gift God has given me - then, by all means, I want to use it for Him!!"
