On Sunday the service was completely led by the campus, from most of the worship team, to the communion, to the sermon which was given by Rodrigo Soliz. The sermon was about Jesus transforming the world with his love and being the generation who does the same. The campus also performed a short skit portraying a young girl who sees her need for Jesus above all and the power of his love to heal her.
Northview visits
We recently had the visit of 12 teens from the Northview Church of Christ in Georgia. As a church we were very encouraged by their service. During their week here we were able to fellowship, to learn from them and serve the poor with them at orphanages and at a park with several of the vulnerable families that HOPE worldwide is serving.
Introducing our new ministry name!
As we were thinking about unity the last few months, we decided to have a contest for a new campus ministry name for all of Bolivia. We wanted to be one identity for Christ as we continue to build bridges. The winning name is Conexion Juvenil, which means Youth Connection. The name and the logo represent that we are the light (stars) in the mist of the darkness, and that we need to share our faith (hands) with the world and continue to connect with one another. At the end, each one of us is different but together we make one great Jesus!
Connect with us
Want to walk like Jesus and be a light in the mist of darkness? Want to grow spiritually while strengthening and encouraging different campus ministries? Want to love and serve the poor in one of the poorest countries? Then consider coming to do a One Year Challenge in Bolivia!

During the month of May, the campus ministry had an outreach event titled “Revolution.” The weekend event consisted of inviting friends and visitors to a fun sports day and a campus-led service on Sunday. On Saturday we were amazed to see more than 50 people came out to the event. We had fun participating in soccer tournaments, different games and having a BBQ.
