God is bringing a resurgence to the campus ministry of the International Church of Christ resulting in hundreds of college disciples seeking ways and places to serve. The Campus One Year Challenge is a bold opportunity. Disciples Today just released a new website that provides one place to find all of these challenges and the application form.

What's the One Year Challenge?

At the 2007 ICMC, campus disciples in the International Churches of Christ heard a stirring call to take a year during college or immediately afterward to serve the Lord wherever the need was around the world. Many lives have been permanently changed by this experience. See the Real Stories on this site.

Today, God is multiplying opportunities around the world for not only campus disciples but also singles, marrieds and empty-nesters to "go into all the world" and help churches on the frontiers of the mission. (Click on the Find A Need page to see all of these opportunities.)

This page is devoted to the Campus One Year Challenge sites that have been officially reviewed and certified by the ICOC Campus Service Team. They ensure that each of the sites has been screened and approved as an optimum experience for our campus students. Churches who want to be included can apply at our Register tab on Disciple Adventures. Students who want to go can apply on our Register page.

What can you do?
Take a year out of college to study abroad and help build a campus ministry in another country
Take a "gap" year after graduation to help in a HOPE project or to build up a church where the needs are great
Use your summer, work leave or vacation time to serve in a project or campaign overseas
And more!
