Everyone involved in Chance for Africa says a big "Thank You!" to all the students and Chicago disciples who contributed. Please check back at the www.ChanceforAfrica.com website in a few weeks to see the photos of the children that will get to go to school because of your offering.
Chance for Africa is a charity administered by the Elders and board of our ICOC Church in San Antonio (Mission Point Christian Church). It helps the children of African disciples pay their school fees so that they can get an education. Chance for Africa helped over 100 children last year to stay in school.
If you'd like to help, just go online and choose a child to support. After receiving your check, the money is wired to the church in Africa, who then takes the money to the school directly and pays the fee. A copy of the receipt, along with a thank you letter, is sent to you. To look at the Chance for Africa website, Click here. Roughly 97% of every dollar donated goes directly to the school fees. Chance for Africa has no salaried employees. It is a labor of love.
