Along with connecting eager disciples to mission fields around the world, the Disciple Adventures Facebook page has five regular feature posts that can help disciples keep their missions dream alive and inspired.

1.
What does God say about missions? Throughout scripture, God has many important things to say to his disciples about missions. Disciple Adventures Facebook features regular mission-scripture posts aiming to remind disciples to continue listening for God’s call through scripture about spreading the gospel to every nation.

2.      Famous Missions Quotes: Ever since Jesus commissioned his disciples to go and make other disciples, missionaries have been leaving their homes and families to go to other lands and peoples to preach God’s word. From the tenacious Paul all the way up to our brothers and sisters today, we regularly feature inspiring missionary quotes to help today’s disciple see the hearts of missionaries past and present.

3.      Where’s the Frontline? Jesus gave us a big job. There are seven billion people in the world today, only a small fraction of which are Christians. Our “Where’s the Frontline” feature highlights cities around the world that have no disciples currently living there. “Where’s the Frontline” reminds disciples that while reaching your neighbor down the street is important to God, there are numerous cities full of more than one million of God’s precious lost children that need to have the chance of making Jesus their lord.

4.      Go Like They Went! Our brothers and sisters from the first century are very inspiring. Starting May 10th, Disciples Adventures Facebook will begin regularly featuring short bios of disciples who lived in the first century, which highlight how they responded to and were used by the amazing power of God in our “Go Like They Went!” feature. God is still powerfully using disciples today.

5.      Monday Mission Video: Also beginning in May, Disciple Adventures Facebook will begin to regularly feature links to mission videos every Monday. Watching these videos can help today’s disciple be inspired, convicted, moved, and challenged to take up God’s work in another city still in darkness.

If one of your friends shares a Disciple Adventures Facebook post, be sure to visit our page to check out all the other features. As always, we are looking to connect eager disciples with mission fields around the world.
