and from other brothers from the church in Brasilia.
We played, we danced, we ate, we opened our hearts, made decisions and left committed to imitate Jesus’ example and be fishers of men. It is very encouraging to see a new generation of disciples rising up to make a difference in this world. Please pray for the campus ministries in the churches in the South Cone, that we will be good workers and reap an abundant harvest in our universities!
On Sunday, the Brasilia International Church of Christ, who organized the event, got together with the students and celebrated the fact that God is the strength of His people! We heard a touching musical performance (thanks to Sherwin Macintosh, who granted us permission to translate and perform the “I Will be with you” song from the Be Still my Soul CD) and had our joy complete with the visit of the courageous 4 disciples living in Goiania, more than 200km from Brasilia, with their 8 friends who were either visiting for the first time or already studying the Bible there.
