AmericasCenterEven though it is still a year away, the early response to Reach2016 has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic. As of now 8,000 men, women, and children have registered for the North American Summit. Within the final days of Super Early Bird Registration, we saw over 3,000 registrations pour in! In the week that followed, well over 1,000 hotel rooms were booked as those same Super Early Birds reserved their rooms.

Click here to register now and book your hotel room.

This past Monday marked the beginning of our next registration phase, Early Bird Registration. Here's what you need to know about registering as an Early Bird:

  • The price increase is minimal. Although Super Early Bird Registration offered the best pricing, you still get a 20% discount when you register during our Early Bird period. For Adult and ICMC registration, it is only a $7 difference. Even for ILC, the price increase is only $11. You can view our fees table.

  • You can now reserve your hotel room right away. Now that Early Bird registration has opened, you no longer need to wait to book your hotel room. After you have submitted your payment, Reach2016.com will provide a private access link which you can use to access hotel reservations. So that you can also access the hotel reservation site later, the Primary Registrant will also receive the link to the hotel site via email, at the email they provided when they registered. (Please also check your Spam and Promotions folders for this email as occasionally they will be rerouted there.)

  • You have time...but don’t wait too long. The Early Bird registration period will run from now until December 31, 2015. However, the downtown hotel rooms are filling up at a rapid pace. As of now more than 50% of our original block of rooms has been filled, and 9 of the 14 original hotels are sold out. You can see which hotels are still currently available on our Housing Information page

We are working to secure additional blocks of rooms at new hotels, however housing options within downtown St Louis will only become increasingly limited. We strongly encourage everyone not to wait; register and book your hotel room today!
