In everything that we do, the Reach2016 staff has one goal: to give you a stress-free conference experience. We want you feel like you were taken care of, from beginning to end. This experience doesn’t start with the first evening general session, or even when your plane arrives in St Louis. Your conference experience started when you visited our website and pressed the orange “Register Now” button.

Booking the hotel is also part of this experience. We’re excited to offer 14 different hotel options to our attendees, but also know that navigating the choices can be a daunting task. We’ve created the following resources to help you make your decision:
- List of hotels and room rates - If you visited our website early on and were frustrated not to find any hotel prices, we’re happy to say that they are now listed! You can view an alphabetical listing of all the hotels, and the room rates for each here, on our Reach2016 website. The name of each hotel is also linked to that hotel’s website.
- Map of the hotels - We’ve also posted two maps on our website, which can be viewed here. None of our hotels are more than a mile away from the America’s Center, and all are within easy access of public transportation.
- Important dates for booking - We’ve posted an article on the Reach2016 blog which gives a timetable of how conference attendees will be able to make their hotel reservations, along with some additional information. You can view the post here.
- Hotel amenities table - We’ve done the work for you and researched several sites to collect amenities information on all 14 hotels. We then compiled it into a single page, so you can see at-a-glance which amenities are available at each hotel. The Hotel Amenities Table also includes Hotels.com and TripAdvisor.com ratings for each hotel, along with parking and wifi fees (where applicable), and the expected commute time to the Americas Center. This blog post also includes the answers to several questions that we’ve received over the last few weeks, and information on what to expect when you make your reservation.
If you’ve already registered for Reach2016, congratulations! You’ve greatly increased the probability of getting your first choice hotel. The reservation site will go live this Friday, July 17. Super Early Birds will have exclusive access to hotel reservations between July 17 and July 26. If you haven’t registered, there’s still time!
