With just a few days to go, Super Early Bird registrations are pouring in. Super Early Bird means:
- Lowest possible registration rate
- First dibs on hotel registration at conference rates
We have over 4600 men, women, and children signed up already! Register now before Super Early Bird registration closes on Thursday, Juy 16!
We also know that many more of you are praying for us and the Summit. For that, we say thank you. Many times in during our planning thus far, we have witnessed quiet moments where God’s hand has gently moved in the conference preparations. The task of hosting the Summit is a responsibility that all of us take very seriously, and is far greater than what we can accomplish alone. Your continued prayers for energy, wisdom, and creativity are both felt and appreciated!
To give you a peek behind the scenes, this past week we've been testing our hotel reservation site and ensuring that it's ready for all our Super Early Birds to book their rooms. Those who have used other booking sites in the past should feel very comfortable with the format. To help simplify the registration process, we are also currently creating a short tutorial video for the reservation website, which we hope to make available soon.
On Friday, July 17, the hotel website will go live. From July 17 to July 26, only Super Early Bird attendees will be able to book hotel rooms. With 4600 already committed to attending, it's a near guarantee that the hotels closest to the Americas Center will sell out fast.
As of this writing, over 1000 teens have been registered, all for free! Are yours among them? We do understand that some families might need to wait to register their adults for financial reasons, but teens can be registered now, whether or not their parents are. In fact, our very first registration was a teen who registered herself! After July 16, the Teen registration fee will be raised to $39, and will only increase as the Summit gets closer.
There's still time to take advantage of Super Early Bird benefits, but the window of opportunity is closing quickly. This Thursday, July 16 is the absolute last day to register during Super Early Bird. This deadline will not be extended. Register today to ensure you and your family don't miss out!
