Monday, 22 June 2015 09:15

reach2016Nearly 3,000 are registered for REACH2016, the North American Discipleship Summit in St. Louis. Even if you missed your chance to get guaranteed floor seats, there are still some very compelling reasons to take advantage of Super Early Bird registration.  Here are four reasons that you should register on or before July 16, 2015:

1.  You’ll be getting the absolute best price.

After July 16, the price for registration will increase incrementally until the conference dates.  Take a look at the table below to see how much you will save by registering early.  For families especially, registering early could potentially save you hundreds!
Reach2016 Fees2.  Teens are free!

As you might have noticed in the above table, Super Early Bird is the only time that your teens can be registered for free! Yes, really and truly free, no strings attached.  Even if you can’t afford to register your whole family now, be sure to get your middle and high school children registered, and then your remaining family members can be added to your family’s registration at a later date.

3.  You’ll get first dibs on hotels.

Beginning July 17, the website will be shut down to the general public.  Only those who have registered via Super Early Bird will be able to access the site, so that they can make their hotel selections.  We’ve booked large blocks of rooms (and in some cases, ALL of the rooms!) at 14 different nearby hotels. All hotels are only a short walk or light rail ride from the convention center, but those that are closest to the convention center are sure to sell out FAST. By registering during Super Early Bird, you’ll greatly increase your chances of getting your first choice.

Reach2016.com will be reopened to the general public on Monday July 27.  After that date, everyone will have access to hotel reservations, provided that they have registered for the conference first.

4.  The Super Early Bird registration period will not be extended.

The deadline for Super Early Bird is now less than 30 days away. Once it has expired, the benefits listed above will also expire. We encourage everyone to register on or before July 16, 2015.  You’ll save money and get the most possible benefits for you and your family!
