ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JUNE 16
Registration for the 2013 ICMC East is made up of 2 parts - each done separately. PART ONE: It is each person's responsibility to register for the conference ($90 per person before June 16). PART TWO: Once you have registered for the conference you will need to reserve a room for yourself and your roommates. As the Caribe Hotel is an all-suite hotel, each suite can accommodate up to four people. Once those four people have decided to room together ONE OF THEM must go online and reserve a room for those four people. The roommates would then be responsible for paying the person reserving the room their fair share of the room charges. The approximate cost for three nights with four people per room is $387 (plus tax) or $96.75 (plus tax) per person. At least one person in each room must present a valid credit card for room incidentals upon check in. Remember you must register for your hotel separately. CLICK HERE for the hotel registration page. Each attendee is responsible for arranging their own roommates. Social networking (Facebook) is great for that purpose. Last day to reserve room at discounted rate is June 4. Last day to register online for the conference is June 16.
