Sunday November 2nd was a historical Sunday in Chennai when the church witnessed two couples willing to travel to far off places (Valparai and Vellore) to start churches. Yes the church had a send off for them.

The last week was a great week in India for all of us because we were able to reflect on what God has done in the past two decades in India. Last Sunday (24th August 2008), Bangalore Church celebrated their 20th anniversary [http://www.blreastregion.blogspot.com]. So we thought of penning down few of the great milestones in Indian movement.
The Mysore church is a small satellite church of around 11 disciples which is 150 Kms from Bangalore. It is encouraging to see how God could use a disciple from the Mysore church to reach out to Felix in Bangalore. Felix was saved in the last week of June.
The Lord has showered many blessings on the Kerala churches in the last few years. Led dynamically by Saji and Sheeba, who were members of the original mission team to Kerala, the saints are praying and God is answering, as he always does.
Almost 200 attended the South Asia Leadership Conference in Chennai, India. But our sister Sheeba was the bravest of them all.
