Reach2016 will be an unprecedented time of worship, teaching, and fellowship. As of now over 8,000 men, women, and children have committed to attending the Summit next summer, We have seen over 1500 rooms booked at our various hotels, and 10 of our 14 original hotels have sold out.

We are pleased to announce that Reach2016 is now offering a discounted registration fee for all senior citizens. If you will be age 65 or older at the time of the conference, we invite you to take advantage of this discount. If you are a senior citizen, you will pay the Super Early Bird rate. This discount is valid going forward, regardless of when you register.
The senior discount can be applied to attendees of the following tracks:

Marrieds, Singles, Spanish, and Deaf: Discounted rate of $134
Applying this discount to your registration is very easy and can be done at the time that you register. Here’s a step-by-step description of how to apply the discount to your registration.

Complete the registration as usual up to the “Submit Payment” page. Include all members of your family, both seniors and non-seniors.

At the “Submit Payment” page, you will see the following verbiage, which will give you the codes you need to apply the appropriate discount:

Scroll further down the screen and you’ll see a summary of your registration, including yourself and any guests. These rates are not yet discounted because we haven’t entered the code:

Enter the appropriate discount code for your registration in the “Discount Code” field. In our example we have both adults and ILC registered. You can apply both discounts to one registration if you need to, but you will need to enter them one at a time. For this example we will enter ILC first.

If more than one person qualifies for the discount, you’ll see this pop-up appear. Make sure to check everyone so that you can maximize your discount, then press “Save."
That’s it! If you need to, you can repeat the process to add the second senior discount as well. Then just enter your payment information and complete the registration process as usual.
Answers to questions you might have…
Do I need to submit proof that I qualify for the senior rate? No. You are on your honor that if you apply for the discount, you will be age 65+ at the time of the conference.
I’m a senior and I registered during the Super Early Bird period. Do I get an additional discount? No. Seniors who registered during Super Early Bird registered at the lowest rate possible. This discount is to accommodate those on fixed incomes who may need more time to save the money for their registration.
I’m a church leader. Can I see who requested the discount in my church? Yes. At any time, a church leader has the option to request a report of who has applied the discount to their registration. I goofed and forgot to apply the discount to my registration! Can you help me? Yes, we will be glad to apply the discount for you if you need us to. Be advised, the standard $5 registration change fee would also apply, to cover the costs incurred by your charge card company for making the change.
