Destination: All Nations

In the summer of 2014, disciples from the Clemson Foothills Church dispersed throughout the world: to China, the Bahamas, India, Guatemala, Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and throughout the United States. Campus disciples used the three months off from our university course schedule to experience growth, spiritual nourishment, and learn indispensable ministry skills that we’ll bring back to strengthen the Clemson Foothills Church this year and glorify God.

Some Are Called, Some Are Sent

As a One Year Challenge site, we’ve been blessed with several brothers and sisters who answered a Macedonian call. They give a year of their life to serve God in an especially devoted way. Others give a year to their local ministry, some go to serve the poor. Some, like those who have come to help us, go the mission field to help with a church planting or re-building.

Steve & Sandy Jacoby: Partner With Us to Feed the Poor & Save Souls in Nicaragua

Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. At the present time your plenty will supply what they need,so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality as it is written: “he who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little” -- 2 Corinthians 8:13-15

Come Skydiving for Jesus in Providence, RI

A few months back, my then 18-year-old daughter texted me. It read, “What would you think about me going sky-diving?” This took a few minutes to process. I knew what I thought: “Of course not!  I don’t want you to do anything dangerous. Don’t go skydiving, drive anywhere in the car, walk across the street and definitely – never talk to boys! No, don’t go.” But thankfully, I had a little time to compose myself and I wrote back, “Go for it, hon. I’m proud of you. Skydive your heart out.”
