The Broward Region of the South Florida Church of Christ is seeking a ministry leader to lead the adult ministry in a collaborative relationship with the evangelist, women’s ministry leader, elder couples and youth and family minister.
The minister will focus primarily on the marrieds and mature singles with a goal of building a strong marrieds ministry and helping to provide training and support to the leaders in the mature singles ministry.
The minister will have a record of effectively planning and organizing a ministry leading to growth both spiritually and evangelistically.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Inspire small group leaders to spiritual maturity and action.
- Train small group leaders in the facilitation of their groups, faithfully lead Bible studies and equip group members for works of service.
- Disciple and reproduce new leaders.
- Mobilize 300+ adult disciples to evangelize a two-million Broward county population through geographically-based groups.
This position is uniquely designed for one minister; however, consideration may be given to a spouse (women’s ministry leader) as well.
