"...and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ..." – 1 Peter 3:21 (NIV)

In 2 Corinthians 1:8, the apostle Paul wrote, “We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia.” Our family of churches in Eurasia has recently suffered a wave of heavy trials of illness and injury in the lives of several families who serve the church in either part-time or full-time ministry positions.

Dear friends! We would like to share some great news with you. Not so long ago Olexandra got baptized. It is truly unique and amazing story. Her desire to figure out what the Bible says about infant baptism became a turning point for her. Olexandra had multiple meetings with sisters, asked many questions and learned so much about Christ, his teachings and his disciples. When she came to service for the first time, many people noticed her openness and kindness. And it was evident right away that she belonged.
My lovely mom got baptized. I've been waiting for this to happen for 20 years. In the beginning I want to share a bit more about my mom, Tamara. For me it is really hard to describe her and everything I feel towards her. Love, tenderness, compassion and admiration, as well as feelings of regret about mistakes I've made and even misunderstandings between us.
