Over 4,000 disciples from all over the Philippines will gather on July 21-23 to ignite their faith at the 2017 Asia Pacific Discipleship Summit. The theme of the conference “Ignite” is based on being refined by fire as inspired by 1 Peter 1:7-9.
We will have Youth & Family, Campus, Single Professionals, Married and our Senior Group intertwined in fellowship and be inspired together during the special sessions. We will have great time praying by the beach, having great fellowship and worshipping together, going on Night Safari or White Water Rafting and enjoying different cuisine from many places with the saints from all over, strengthening our conviction and devotion to God.
Mark your calendar, start saving and book your flight early. You are welcome to come earlier to participate in the servecation. It is a project organized by the Philippine Family of Churches and Metro Manila Christian Church for disciples and families abroad who would like to have an extraordinary experience that is both life changing and impactful.
Unlike vacations families or individuals spend for every year, this event will give them an experiential learning, a lasting impact and a deep gratitude that only service to others can bring, especially to two of the worst disaster-stricken places in the whole world, Nothern Cebu and Tacloban.
Today, both places are still under recovery and rehabilitation after Typhoon Haiyan almost wiped them out.
