Recap: ANCHORED 2017 Tri-State Singles Retreat

Over 400 singles from all over Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, with some from 15 other states, came together for an exciting weekend of fun, fellowship, activities and inspiring lessons that explored what it means to be “anchored” in Christ.
Our time together consisted of inspiring teaching and preaching from Boston Church of Christ singles evangelist, Larry Reed, from Dallas/Fort Worth singles evangelist Adam Smith as well as talks by An Ly and Emily Poppenberg. There were many other outstanding lessons centered on being anchored in Christ in various aspects of our lives as well as in the midst of the many temptations and storms we face daily. We explored the beautiful shores of Lake Granbury, had boat rides, games, a talent show, a dance party, and got to know our brothers and sisters from all over the country.
The Dallas/Fort Worth Church of Christ had an outstanding time hosting this event. We believe God worked through our time together to bring greater unity and connections to the singles in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana churches, and with others all across the country. Our time worshipping, praying, hearing inspiring lessons, and having fun together will help us remain anchored in Christ, as the theme scripture for our time together, Hebrews 6:19, tells us to do.
We could see and feel God’s presence throughout this weekend and every individual in attendance was impacted by this occasion!

Join the charismatic and diverse C.R.E.W. (Christ Renews Everything Within) Singles Ministry of Bridge Pointe Church as we host an exciting fellowship weekend for singles all over.
Our goal is to explore what it means to be "anchored" in Christ while enjoying a weekend filled with fun and fellowship in the beautiful city of Atlanta.
We’ll have a speed fellowship activity, devotional and family reunion style picnic at Morgan Falls Park, a singles party in Downtown ATL, and a Singles-Led Service at Bridge Pointe Church followed by a community service project.
Early Bird Registration: $32 until May 15th
Regular Registration: $40 beginning May 16th
