STEPS OF JESUS AND THE APOSTLES TOUR
OCTOBER 5-18, 2010

CRUISE ONLY (PRICE BASED ON TWO PASSENGERS PER STATEROOM):

SHIP: CELEBRITY EQUINOX Inaugural Date: August 2009

BALCONY STATEROOM - CATEGORY 2B (no obstruction) - $2329 +$88.32 tax = $2417.32 PER PERSON – This includes all port taxes. Gratuities/shore excursions/ flights/hotel before the cruise are additional.

INTERIOR STATEROOM – CATEGORY 11 - $2149 + 88.32 tax = $2237.32 PER PERSON – This includes all port taxes. Gratuities/shore excursions/flights/hotel before the cruise are additional.

If prices are lowered in the future, the group will receive the lower price.

IN ADDITION, there will be a donation to offset the organizational and teaching expenses of $300 per person that will go directly to Disciples Today. This is fully tax deductible. Details about this donation will be sent to you at a later date.

DEPOSIT: $450 PER PERSON holds your stateroom. Money refundable until July 1, 2010. Final payment due – July 1, 2010.

ITINERARY AND MORE DETAILS BELOW:

Cost: This will depend upon the price you need to pay for your flight. As you can see the cost for the cruise is incredibly reasonable for food and lodging for 13 days.

Shore Excursions: We recommend shore excursions but of course it is your choice. Because we don’t know which ones or how many excursions you will want to take, we cannot give you a price on these. Please allow $400-$800 per person for the excursions. These will be ship-sponsored excursions. We are offering our own tour of Israel and of Egypt arranged by Aziz Sarah of SETI Tours who used to lead our churches in Israel. We will also arrange to meet with disciples in each port that we have a church contact.

Hotel In Rome: You will want to spend at least one night in Rome to see the sites and also to avoid any airline delays. (Approx. $175-$250 per room) You are responsible for your own travel and hotel arrangements before and after the cruise. We will recommend hotels in Rome for those who would like to stay together.

Meals: All meals on board the ship in the main restaurants are included in the price of the cruise. The cruiseline charges extra for specialty coffees, sodas, alcohol and specialty restaurants. There will also be a gratuity at the end of the sailing for the waiters, room stewards, etc.

Ship: The beautiful Celebrity Equinox -- brand new this year! Celebrity is a premium cruise line.

Singles: Since fares are based on two per cabin, it would be good to register with a roommate. If you cannot find someone, I will try to pair you up with another sister/brother. The single supplement is almost double if there is only one passenger in the cabin.

Registrations: Registrations will be accepted throughout 2009 or until space is depleted. For the best choice of cabins, early registration is recommended. Deposits can be refunded up until June 2010.

Documents Required for Travel: Current passports are required. Please make sure that they do not expire within 6 months after departing on the cruise.

Visas: If you are a U.S. citizen, you will not need a visa except in Egypt and the cruiseship will help. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please consult the consulate in the country you are visiting for your visa requirements. I will be glad to send an invitation letter for you.

Port of Rome: The port of Rome is about a 2 hour drive from Rome. We will recommend bus and taxi service from and to Rome (approx. $100 per person round trip).

Disciples Today Donation ($300 per person): This is to offset the expenses for organizing, printing, teaching, etc. to make this Steps Tour meaningful and excellent.
