On December 24, 2010 HOPE worldwide volunteers from Jacksonville, FL embodied the true spirit of Christmas through a free toy giveaway to those in need.
Families from all over the area lined up to receive hundreds of toys, bicycles, and stuffed animals that had been donated. This was the 12th year of HOPE worldwide's Jacksonville free toy giveaway and lots of excited children showed up in anticipation.
But the event was about much more than toys. Feelings of joy and a sense of hope were also passed out along with the teddy bears and toy trucks. The volunteers and those who donated toys in Jacksonville truly made this a Christmas to remember for all involved.
